Conditions of use

  • Entire Agreement:Purchaser and Direct to you Furniture enter the terms and conditions stated in this policy which supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications, negotiations, representations, and agreements of purchaser and seller whether oral or written, with respect to the goods as well as the terms and conditions hereof.
  • Payment: All major credit cards are accepted. Business checks is acceptable but will need 7 business days for the payment to clear. Buyer paying with business check please send an e-mail or call so we can reserve the item for you (up to a week). 
  • Shipping: Buyer pays for all shipping cost unless otherwise noted on the product page. Item will only be delivered to lower 48 states. If you are outside of the lower 48 states and like to make a purchase, we can send the item to freight forwarder of your choice given the forwarder is in lower 48 states. Buyer will be prompt for name, delivery address, and phone number for trucking delivery arrangement. Items, when in stock, are ready to ship from the warehouse every Tuesday and Thursday after the payment cleared and all required information provided by noon the day before. Item available for curbside delivery only (item will only be unload to ground level at the address). Tracking information will be provided base on its availability. Up to two weeks of delivery time is to be expected after item is picked up from our warehouse. Item f.o.b. our warehouse in IL meaning you are responsible for any additional charges after the item is picked up.Examples include, but not limited to, storage fee from delay delivery appointment, redelivery charge, reconsignment fee (change of delivery address), return freight charge for cancel order or reject delivery. We reserve the right to increase shipping charges on extreme delivery situations as a result of the destination is hard to access and/or remote. If this situation arises and you do not want to pay for additional freighting charges, we will cancel your order.
  • Arrival

For bathroom double vanity cabinet and model 4050S4: Once the item arrived to your delivery trucking terminal, you will be contacted by the phone number you provided for a delivery appointment (or pick up).

      • Please open your package carefully upon the arrival of your item and examine whether there is any damage to the item before signing for the freight bill. Once the freight bill is signed without noting the damage, you acknowledge you receive the item in good order and therefore release financial obligation from Direct to you Furniture.
      • If damage is discovered after the freight bill is signed, the buyer is responsible for filing claim with the trucking carrier. Damaged item need to be noted on the delivery receipt for rejection. We will not take a return on an item that is damaged after the freight bill is signed without noting damage as pre-existing condition.
      • If you have someone else accepting the item for you, he/she is your legal representative and they are accepting/rejecting the item on your behalf so please make sure to bring everyone who might act on your behave up to speed on the freight acceptance procedures.
      • Please note damages can occur even there is no damage to the outside of the box so inspect the item or accept at your own risk. o If driver refuse inspection (happens rarely), note on the freight bill "refused inspection by driver" and then sign for it to protect yourself for freight damage to your purchase.

      • For minor damages such as, but not limited to paint level imperfection on the cabinet or small corner chip on the marble, we reserve the rights to provide material, credit or service for onsite fix up. Rejection of delivery/onsite repair on this level of minor damages will result in automatic cancellation of the order and default into the return policy.
  • For all other products: Your purchase will be shipped out within 2 business days by either UPS or FedEx. You are not required to open the package to inspect at the delivery. However, if there is obvious damage such as crushed/torn boxes, puncture holes, we ask that you have the driver acknowledge the damage to best protect your purchase. If damages occur to your item, please state the parts that need to be replaced, take digital pictures of the damaged parts, and send that in an email to for replacement. Please note we will not process the replacement unless digital pictures are attached as the proof of damage. Please include your order number, name, model, and address for shipment. We will do our best to expedite the replacement parts shipment, usually ship out in 2-3 business days. Please do note we reserve the rights to provide materials for simple onsite fix-up for paint level imperfections. If for any reason you want to return the item, the same return policy applies.
  • Back splash (for bathroom vanity): For some models, back splash is provided as a free courtesy item for those of you who want to install it. We do not warrant the back splash for lost, damage, breakage, matching, nor subjective veining characteristics. If for any reason that you want to purchase a replacement back splash, we will give you the back splash for free depending on its availability but you will need to pay for the shipping/packaging fee usually around $160. We will attempt replacement back splash delivery once with the best packaging method that is available to us.
  • Insurance proceeding on damaged Item: Under rare situations that a damaged item is at your premises and the insurance is being processed, you are obligated to comply with insurance investigation, allowing insurance inspection, and to keep the item for the duration of the insurance investigation. Upon the conclusion of the insurance, the item can be considered the property of the trucking company and they are allowed by law to take it away for salvage. If they don't, Direct to you Furniture is not responsible for the removal of the item.
  • Tax: Shipment to Illinois address will be prompt for local tax when checking out. Buyer with IL certificate of resale or blanket certificate of resale will be refunded with charged tax. Please fax/email us your certificate and we will refund the tax portion within two business days.
  • Pick up: Pick up is available free of shipping charge at our warehouse unless otherwise noted on the product page. A $50 warehouse processing fee will be charged if an order is cancelled at pick up for any reason. Please bring at least a pick up truck. Pick up instruction will be given once the payment clears. Please refer to the product pages for outside dimensions. Tax 7% apply to IL residents and will be prompt for tax payment in check out. Buyer with IL certificate of resale or blanket certificate of resale will be refunded with charged tax. Please fax/email us your certificate and we will refund the tax portion within two business days.
  • Pricing: We reserve the rights to change our pricing without prior notice. The pricing is current once posted/changed on this website (prices is guaranteed once the item is checked out or the payment is on the way). We have a 7 days price match policy towards our own promotions from the time of the purchase. We are not responsible for inaccurate pricing posted by mistake and we reserve the right not to sell below our cost.
  • Packaging: All items are boxed with padding inside. Custom skid mounted to protect your valuable investment. All items were opened for quality inspection upon arrival into our warehouse.
  • Third Party Contractor: Freight trucking carrier is an independent third part contractor facilitating the delivery therefore do not act nor represent Direct to you Furniture.
  • Disclaimer: We are not responsible for liability and property damages that are caused by delivery, installation and operation of the unit. We reserve the right not to serve. Please exercise best practice for the installation of the unit and check all connections for water leaks before normal operation as installation/item transit might adversely affect the integrity of included piping. Make your purchase ahead of time to allow sufficient transit time which can normally be up to three weeks from the time you make the purchase. We are in no event be liable or responsible for any injury, loss, damage, liability, debt, cost, expense, charge or fee of whatever nature, incurred or suffered by purchaser, or any successor or customer of purchaser, whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, or in any other manner, in connection with the purchase, use or any resale of the goods.
  • Choice of Law, Forum Selection & Venue: The transaction set forth between the Seller and Purchaser has been entered into in the State of Illinois. The laws of the State of Illinois shall govern all matters as to the interpretation, performance, and enforcement. In the event of any litigation between purchaser and seller in connection with transaction, jurisdiction shall be exclusively in the courts of the State of Illinois, State and Federal, and Venue shall be exclusively in the Circuit Court of McHenry County, Illinois or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division at Chicago, Illinois.
  • Return: Please note the surface characteristics of natural marbles are as subjective as it gets. Natural veining, crystal line, local crystallization sometimes can be interpreted as defects per the personal taste. We have spent a lot of efforts to make sure each piece is at least at the industrial average and all our product went through 100% inspection at the factory and distribution center before freight. Due to the nature of internet commerce, there is no opportunity to tailor to each individual’s taste in marble characteristics. Please note all our furniture is handmade and there might be characters to each item that can be interpreted as imperfection. We do not consider these characters as reasons for delivery refusal. The refuse of delivery is for freight damaged/wrong item. If you refuse the item when there is no freight damage or decide to return the product for any other reasons after/at the item arrival, the return policy is then in effect. Any issues report over 5 days from the date of receipt will not be considered as pre-existing condition.

    1. Return must be authorized by contacting our customer service 1-866-507-2268 within 5 days of item arrival. We do not accept return on damaged item.
    2. Return must be in its original packaging, well packed for freight. Photos are required to show the item is in its original condition and freight ready before we release a RMA number.
    3. Buyer is responsible for arranging and pay for the return freight to our warehouse. We do not accept COD shipment.
    4. Once we receive the item, the total payment less 15% restocking fee will be refunded within 5 days.
